By creating an account or using 1Works, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18.

Your account

Provide accurate brAInID information, keep your credentials safe, and tell us about any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Use 1Works lawfully. Don't misrepresent your skills or credentials, abuse the matching system, upload malicious code, infringe IP, or harass others.

Payments

Task payments are escrow-governed and released on completion. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. Disputes follow the platform's resolution process.

AI outputs

Skill Twin and other AI agents are assistive. Review and validate their output before acting on it. AI quality is not guaranteed.

IP and your content

1Works owns the platform and its software. You keep ownership of content you create and grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the service.

Privacy and consent

The signup checkbox captures consent for the purposes listed in our Privacy Policy. The full itemised catalog is available at Settings → Privacy & Consent once you're signed in.

Disclaimer & liability

1Works is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

Termination

You can close your account anytime; we can suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On closure you can export your brAInID and Cognitive Work Profile.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
